The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or have 4+ years of relevant work experience. This role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proven ability to work in integrated teams, and extensive knowledge of diverse computer platforms, backend systems, and Agile methodologies. The candidate should have a background in creating technical documentation, troubleshooting software and hardware components, and collaborating with vendors to deploy effective solutions. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, and ServiceNow is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

responsibilities:
- Define, document, and maintain business process maps, requirements, use cases, user stories, technical specifications, and test artifacts.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware issues for the OnBoard Information System.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure solid, reliable solutions while challenging deficiencies when necessary.
- Present confidently to project teams, leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Apply Agile methodologies (SCRUM/SAFe) to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
- Create and document Project Life Cycle Management (PLM) artifacts and process steps.
- Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, and ServiceNow to streamline collaboration and workflow.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools for documentation, reporting, and project management.
- Work onsite in Washington, DC, several times a week as part of a hybrid work model.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, contributing effectively to integrated team efforts.
