salary: $80 - 90 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Oversee overall program (25+M) with 30 to 50 people delivering successfully against federal defined objectives and outcomes.
- Demonstrable strategic thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, team management, budget management, resource allocation, and enterprise transformation experience.
- Requires strong program management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a partner and customer alike.
- Ideal candidate has experience in Customer Experience (CX) and/or Human-Centered Design (HCD).
- PMI Program Management Certification or equivalent experience desired.
