Position Overview: Salesforce Technical Leader
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Leader to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the design, creation, and deployment of comprehensive Salesforce solutions, utilizing expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
- Provide robust technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers, offering mentorship, fostering innovation, and maintaining a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, define scope, and craft solution architectures that align with business goals.
- Leverage the full power of the Salesforce ecosystem, including declarative configuration, Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and integration with third-party systems.
- Design and implement sophisticated data integration patterns to ensure seamless data synchronization between Salesforce and external applications.
- Ensure code quality by conducting thorough reviews, performing rigorous quality assurance checks, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce technology trends, releases, and advancements, actively suggesting and implementing new platform capabilities.
- Lead and promote the adoption of agile methodologies within the team, contributing to sprint planning, backlog management, and sprint retrospectives.
- Serve as the ultimate point of expertise for Salesforce development, guiding the technical architecture, solution design, and implementation.
- Engage in regular communication with technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical ideas into accessible language.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical challenges, while ensuring the smooth performance of Salesforce applications through rigorous testing and deployment processes.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines within Salesforce, ensuring streamlined development and deployment processes through best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a proven history of managing and delivering intricate projects.
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect.
- Demonstrated proficiency with core Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to inspire and guide development teams toward success.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, its architecture, best practices, and development methodologies, as well as strong technical leadership and communication skills.
What You'll Do In This Role
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, leveraging expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, mentoring junior members and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Lead discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and architect solutions that meet business needs.
- Architect and design solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform, including declarative configuration, Apex coding, Lightning components, and integrations with external systems.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce development and provide guidance on technical architecture, solution design, and implementation strategies.

- Implement CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines in Salesforce using industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of developers to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary Range Information
USD $89,598.00 - USD $186,662.00 /Yr. Range includes data points from multiple labor markets. Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience.
