- This role would be responsible for supporting ECM (Enterprise Content Management) Regulatory Compliance, Test Coverage and Traceability and Execution of risk-based compliance monitoring and testing in accordance with enterprise requirements and procedures.

Responsibilities: and Experience:
1. Thorough understanding on enterprise compliance requirements and experience in governing its adoption.
2. Reporting the deviation to compliance per feature team per release.
3. Educating feature teams on how to adhere to requirements and mitigate non-compliance risks.
4. Ensure effectiveness of test scripts to support assigned compliance reviews.
5. Ensure test scripts are properly designed to identify non-compliance with applicable requirements.
6. Evaluate effectiveness of current compliance related controls and devise a strategy to improve effectiveness.
7. Performs effective root cause analysis for non-compliance and obtains corrective action plans from lines of business.
8. Actively manages and escalates compliance risk and customer-impacting issues identified within their day-to-day role to their leadership.
9. Coordinate with business and functional teams for effective test coverage.
10. Develop and improve the ECM Testing Methodology and engage with teams on ensuring conformance
11. Develop metrics and trends on ECM issues which would assist in sustaining compliance.
12. Provide daily compliance and test reports.
