We are seeking a highly skilled Stability Quality Engineer to join our team in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to customers. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the decision-making process for releasing personal computers, working closely with hardware and software teams to identify and mitigate risks.

What You'll Do:
- Plan, develop, and execute system stability tests for hardware-centric software.
- Manage a rack of systems running various tests and experiments.
- Debug issues and analyze performance using advanced tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing methodologies.
- Report and document bugs using established protocols.
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- 8+ years of experience in HW/SW test engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of processor instruction set architecture and microarchitecture.
- Hands-on experience with pre- or post-silicon hardware.
- strong scripting skills in Python, Ruby, Swift, or JavaScript, and Unix shell scripting.
- Problem-solving skills to perform component-level hardware root-cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization.
- Familiarity with factory processes like burn-in qualification.
- Advanced reporting tool development using Python.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering (required).
- Master's degree or higher (preferred).

- Stability Quality Engineer to ensure products are delivered at a high-quality to all our customers.
- You will be involved from the early stages of a project and will play a critical role in the way to make decisions of releasing personal computers to customers.
- You will be responsible for planning, writing/developing, and executing system stability tests with an emphasis on hardware-centric software risks and writing and running automation simultaneously on a large number of systems.
- You will be at the nexus of hardware and software where you work cross-functionally with several engineering and QA teams to identify risk areas and testing responses, and to support engineering investigations.
- You should have a good instinct for discovering low-level defects in software and hardware.
