- 5-8 years related work experience in technical project management / scrum lead role. Minimum Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational technology projects preferred. Financial Services and experience managing projects in AWS cloud, chatbots and AI/ML environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders, data practitioners and team members.
- Highly skilled and experienced in navigating project management, change management, release management, stakeholder management etc. in SDLC agile environment
- Experience in creating and managing feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree in related field (Computer Science, Engineering) required.

responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and monitors workstream plans / RAID and other relevant information etc.in JIRA.
- Experience working with distributed workforce. Own responsibility for improving the hybrid delivery model, championing accountability and proactively solutioning and removing impediments to meet the delivery schedule including but not limited to project management, change management, release management, stakeholder management etc.
- Build productive working relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure recommendations and priorities are understood by all impacted parties. Leverage influencing and negotiation skills to champion optimal solutions.
- Serves as a trusted advisor to TRIAD (PA, PM, ECL) to ensure team's goals / strategies are well aligned with the EDO OKRs and ensure transparency leveraging metrics.
- Skilled in soliciting, compiling and synthesizing information as per the stakeholder needs. Communicates project status and highlights / escalates risks/issues as needed in timely manner with stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers. Conduct continuous improvement sessions; ensure lessons and recommendations are incorporated.
- Recommends to the product owner and management in the definition and prioritization of technology-related outcomes. Identifies trade-offs between short- and long-term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner.
- Leads / Facilitates daily product/workstream related meetings with TRiAD and product team - scrum meetings, iteration reviews, and supporting creation/maintenance of the backlog in JIRA.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
