The IAM - Identity and Access Management, IT Coordinator will be to work with the Americas IT teams to help coordinate activities surrounding Design/Build/Deploy of IAM services for the Americas Zone. About the Team: Modern Workplace department (Identity Access Management) - we work closely with France Global team. This Role: Project and activity responsibilities for the role require 50% technical / 50% coordination with various teams -
Working understanding of the following technologies needed: Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and a working understanding of the principles of access management & privileged access management,
Two main projects of focus: 1 - overhaul of delegation model for Active Directory - redoing permissions and access, taking a look at what's in the directory and better securing it, configuring access. 2 - Will focus on driving deadlines and running things to the finish line
Interviews: 2-3 interviews via MS Teams
Working Capacity: Hybrid - 3 days in office 2 days WFH
The key responsibility of the IAM (Identity and Access Management) IT Coordinator will be to work with the Americas IT teams to help coordinate activities surrounding Design/Build/Deploy of IAM services for the Americas Zone. We expect the candidate to be involved 50% in coordinating activities/communications & 50% technical understanding of AD/Azure Entra ID.
We are looking for a strong team player with excellent communication / interpersonal skills. They should be able to demonstrate the ability to achieve results, influence, negotiate effectively, and communicate confidently with a wide range of people at all levels of business.
- 5+ years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel spreadsheets for data manipulation and reporting
- Proficient in English is a must, Spanish is a plus
- Ability to research and obtain a high-level understanding of new technologies quickly, hands on experience on Active Directory and IAM related technologies
- Infra project management experience involving coordinating throughout a variety of IT stakeholders, being able to drive meetings and write synthetic minutes
- Experience in large, international, distributed organizations
- Proactive, growth mentality
Active Directory
o Familiarity with permissions, objects, GPOs
o Ability to run PowerShell commands/scripts for exports/reports
Azure Entra ID
o Understanding of conditional access policies
o The ability to setup SSO for apps
o Understanding of MFA
MS Office
o Word - ability to create documents
o PowerPoint - ability to create decks
o Excel - ability to manipulate data to provide reporting
Service Now (SNow) - experience with using the tool for ticketing purposes
