responsibilities:
- Manage key HR projects using widely accepted project methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile/LEAN, SDLC)
- Apply project management tools and methods to manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, communication, resources and suppliers
- Work closely with HR leadership, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and external parties to integrate plans and coordinate execution for large cross-functional projects requiring multiple work-streams and sub-plans
- Conduct cost-benefit Analysis for projects, validate cost and benefit assumptions with stakeholders, resource managers and process owners - Conduct written and oral project updates for senior management and business leaders

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
