- Participate and/or lead release management coordination and scaling events and activities to facilitate interdependencies across squads and product teams.
- Act as change agent capable of coaching agile practices to teams and individuals from across different functions, experiences and geographies as they work through new and unfamiliar situations
- Effective facilitation skills and can brainstorm with the team to generate solutions that address challenges and roadblocks to accelerating value delivery
- Provide business and systems analysis for an agile scrum team on complex projects.
- Facilitate business discovery and communicate complex business needs into clear actionable systems requirements through research and evaluation of alternative solutions.
- Passionate about understanding user business flows with a consistent track record for using this knowledge to create comprehensive analysis proposals and test cases for supporting systems.
- Demonstrated experience writing user stories and working with business partners to elicit requirements.
- Run effective requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, using various methods to elicit and understand needs e.g. process flows, user journey mapping
- Conceptualize and capture a problem or feature need and leverage different methods to convey the requirement to engineers and business partners e.g. process models, data models
- Solid understanding of principles of good software design and can work with engineers and architects to craft an optimal solution approach
- Experienced in coordinating and running User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, along with developing and managing content to support end-user training.
- Experienced in relational databases and data analysis using SQL
- Attention-to-detail and ability to work optimally with developers, business partners, and system administrators as part of an agile team
- Able to summarize scope and status to collaborators and confident having trade off conversations.
- Effective production support engagement to help ensure high customer satisfaction and mitigate business risk
