Our repeat client is looking for a experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Analyst to join their contract division. The Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst is a recruiting subject matter expert and is responsible for full cycle
recruiting for risk related positions within Commercial, Technology, Corporate Functions, etc. The Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst develops strategies for sourcing talent for Webster Bank through various channels including electronic mediums, referrals, direct sourcing, and agency/vendor resources. They will be required to make candidate recommendations to hiring managers, negotiate salaries, make complex offers and properly disposition candidates while creating a great candidate and hiring manager experience.
