Required to be 100% on-site in client office, Allentown, PA Level 2 analyst SOC activities using QRadar SIEM. Experience with QRadar is a must-have for this role.
Onshore analyst will also work closely with off-shore managed services support team.

responsibilities:
- Investigate Security Events including log analysis, coordinate response activities with system owners, communicate updates and track resolution
- Assign activities to Company 's IT teams to resolve the Security Event
- Implement resolution activities for Contractor in- scope systems
- Coordinate response activities between Company 's IT teams and track activities until completed in accordance with the Runbook.
- Provide support for remediation of incidents on unmanaged devices
- End user technical support for issues not related to security (e.g., real-time troubleshooting)
