Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field is required.
- 3+ Years of Scrum Master experience.
- 5+ Years of Business System Analysis experience writing business requirements, technical requirements, impact analysis, and system/product documentation.
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Trading/Finance domain highly preferred.
- Experience working in an engineering role (Software Engineer, Quality Engineer, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to contribute to and balance delivery timelines against multiple projects/demands simultaneously.
- SAFe Agile certifications preferred.
- Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills.
- Prior experience/familiarity with interfacing with QA and production support.
- Familiarity with Atlassian workflow (Confluence, Jira, etc) with experience creating Jira dashboards, filters, burn-down charts, and story pointing and velocity tracking.

responsibilities:
- Facilitates agile ceremony such as Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives.
- Work closely with key product team in the identification of business requirements, functional design, and process design.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements and business rules advising business on priorities, options, risks and costs versus benefits of various solutions.
- Coordinate work and initiatives across the various delivery portfolios in the organization.
- Develop business scenarios/use cases to explain and demonstrate business requirements specifications to business stakeholders and the technology team.
- Guiding the team in creating improvement goals and tracking their progress.
- Ensuring that the team are reporting on the required Team Metrics.
- Support development team with getting approvals via different review boards (Local Governance, Service Review Board, etc.).
- Work with external domain partners to track upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Interface with both the technical and business teams, communicating technical requirements to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Help in refinement of user stories and identifying requirements to drive the solution design.
- Participate in troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of Production Support issues by answering and providing details on key functional questions regarding application behavior.
