- Lead Content Design: Own content design for your product team, becoming an expert on product features, user needs, and business objectives.
- Collaborate on Design: Work alongside UX designers to co-own the design process, from ideation to release. Contribute to user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design iterations.
- Write Clear, Accessible Copy: Create interface content for dialogs, onboarding, error messages, tooltips, labels, and more, ensuring it's clear, inclusive, and accessible.
- Shape Brand Voice & Tone: Help define and maintain the brand voice and tone across all product touchpoints, ensuring consistency and alignment with our overall language framework.
- Improve User Experiences: Write and refine content that supports users in completing tasks, understanding features, and finding what they need quickly.
- Iterate & Optimize: A/B test content, review analytics, and continuously iterate on copy to improve user engagement and product usability.
- Advocate for Best Practices: Promote content design best practices, educate colleagues, and contribute to the growth of a human-centered content design culture across the company.

- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).

- Ability to pivot and contribute to different content needs across product areas, from mobile apps to web features.
- Understanding of information architecture, taxonomy, and accessibility best practices.
