You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience managing projects and process/program management experience.
- Experience with budget tracking, cost estimation, and cost accounting of capital plans.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Experience in wireless construction.
- General knowledge of Macro New Site Build construction.
- Experience in Fuze.
- Exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Knowledge in the fields of Cell Site Construction, Grounding, Transport, RF Fundamentals and RF Cabling, Antenna Mounting and Modifications, fiber installation and standards, and A&E Concepts.

responsibilities:
- Tracking milestones and coordinating across disciplines on missing, upcoming, and past-due tasks.
- Managing changing priorities, competing priorities, and situations in which guidelines can change.
- Manage RFPs, price matrices, quotes, equipment order submittals, invoicing, material release, and capital budget management
- Utilize ERP, Fuze, and other Enterprise tools to manage projects from inception through completion.
- Manage client internal deliverables to ensure a consistent workflow for vendors.
- Tracking handoff intervals and average timelines for milestone benchmarks.
- Standardizing reporting, workflows, and processes across disciplines and tools.
- Coordinating workload and distribution of work activities between internal & external workgroups to ensure timely delivery of sites.
- Investigate, discuss & resolve moderately complex issues with implementation teams under limited supervision.
- Provide leadership and technical direction to internal & external partners to ensure that all details of projects are completed on time.
