We are looking for a Delivery Operations Analyst to join our Delivery Excellence (DEC) team in Apparel / Accessories manufacturing organization, working with factories based in the Americas.
The role supports factory on-time delivery performance and standard processes/operations between regional factory partners and buying entities (Geos). We're looking for a digitally-forward analyst with attention to process details, proven relationship-building skills, and sensitivity for time-bound / timeline-driven work.
Preferred background includes business data analytics, planning, marketplace operations, manufacturing, logistics, finance, or distribution. Prior experience with internal systems (SAP & Connect) & reporting strongly preferred but not required. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with ambiguity and excels at process adherence, enforcement, and improvement. In this role, it is important to make rapid critical decisions, communicate complex things simply, timely, and effectively, and to be a highly reliable partner to internal & external stakeholders.
The role will work and build key partnerships with our factories' order management, production planning, and customer service teams. It will also work closely with a wide range of functional teams including Finance, Logistics, Global & Geo Supply Inventory Planning, Purchasing, Marketplace Operations, and regional and global DEC partners.
Key responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- PO Management - effectively handling and resolving PO revisions including FOB errors, diverts, surcharges, cancelations, quantity changes, minimums, lead-time issues & buy-ready issues and supporting factory PO acceptance.
- Finance Support - Resolving FOB / cost discrepancies, processing factory debit / credit notes, and supporting the factory payment process.
- Factory Operations Support - providing support for day-to-day factory questions and concerns including assisting with value-added services (VAS), labeling & packaging and samples issues.
- DEC Support - Provide backing support for other DEC analysts and Sr. Analysts as needed.
