We are looking to add someone to our team to sit at the reception area of our genius bar and meet with our end user base. This inidividual needs to be professional, polished and articulate as they wll be the face of our team. Will handle basic Tier 1 requests and escalate Tier II tasks to the appropriate team member. This role will be 75% customer support and 25% Tier I helpdesk. Will need to be onsite 100% and have 2-3 years of Tier I helpdesk support.
