We are looking for a Technical Help Desk Analyst who has 1-2 years experience and strong customer service skills for a direct hire opportunity in San Antonio, TX.
Qualifications include the following:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years experience in a technical help desk environment
- great customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Windows O/S troubleshooting
- MS Exchange (email support)
- Password resets
- Hardware/software troubleshooting with a track record of high FCR KPIs
- Experience handling medium to high volumes of calls
- Teamplayer and collaborative
- Flexible and able to help fill in gaps with shifts as needed

responsibilities:
- Answer calls within 3 rings
- able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues for external and internal users
- Reset Passwords, assist the users with Computers, Phones, and Printer Issues
- Assist users with Microsoft product issues ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Support HD Email Mailboxes
- Manage Request Queue Tickets
- During an Outage send out Notifications to Leadership and update the clients System Status Outage Page on their intranet page
