responsibilities:
- Demonstrated Program Management skills.
- 10 years of related work experience in large Project or Program Management using Agile frameworks and processes.
- A continuous improvement mindset working in an agile environment.
- Scrum @ Scale experience a plus
- Applicants must have analytical, organizational and communication skills, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Flexibility and ability to contribute to team are musts.
- Proven situational thinking; analytical, creative, strategic, and tactical thinking where necessary.
- Applying meaningful metrics to planned outcomes to chart progress toward achieving goals.
