Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product management and cross-functional teams to analyze and decompose complex software requirements into clear and actionable user stories for effective planning and execution.
- Drive team commitments to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Partner with software architects and technical leads to ensure designs align with long-term enterprise growth objectives and scalability needs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Support the development lifecycle from design through deployment, ensuring that solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
- Proven experience in delivering products to production.
- Leadership background in guiding software development efforts in a multi-functional, collaborative environment.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, including procedural and object-oriented practices, web services development, and configuration management.
- Hands-on experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Proficiency with source code management tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Ability to thrive and drive results in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and prototyping environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of overall development experience, with 5+ years of expertise in software development and design.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET or Node.js development.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in front-end development using TypeScript and React.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Azure solutions.
