Description
This role requires on site, first level and second level IT support for warehouse operations and office users as well as IT project support. The ideal candidate has hands-on hardware experience including setup, configuration and troubleshooting of scanners (Zebra, Android, Bluetooth); direct connect and network printers (Zebra, Laser); Windows desktops, laptops and mobile workstations; smartphones; and video displays. Good communication and soft skills for IT help desk coverage by phone, email and screen sharing and hands-on support. IBM iSeries experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate is highly responsive, takes the initiative to quickly resolve user issues, and approaches tasks with a sense of urgency. They demonstrate a proactive mindset, ensuring efficient and timely solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- 2 years Enterprise level 2 Help Desk experience required
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to set priorities and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
- Hardware and software troubleshooting (break/fix) knowledge
- Experience with supporting Windows 10
- Experience in warehouse distribution a plus
