Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and support client escalations that necessitate technology updates and enhancements. This critical role encompasses capturing and translating client needs into actionable plans, coordinating across various teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of solutions. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather and document detailed client requirements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and support, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Continuously monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders regularly.
- Foster relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining a high level of trust and partnership.
- Influence and lead teams towards achieving project goals, facilitating collaboration and resolving conflicts.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in handling client escalations and project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
- Great understanding of both business operations and technology systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
