Business Analyst - Tax Accounting Applications

About the Role
Join our team as a Business Analyst to leverage your expertise in Tax Accounting Applications and drive process improvements. In this onsite role, you will analyze business processes, implement tax solutions, and collaborate across teams to optimize systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design business processes and systems.
- Map tax scenarios to tax engines.
- Implement and configure tax solutions, including tools like GlobalNext.
- Lead workshops and training sessions on process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
- 5+ years of experience with Tax Accounting Applications (OneSource, TRIP, OITD, OTP, GlobalNext).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proficiency in business process analysis tools.
- Experience in implementing and configuring tax solutions.

responsibilities:
- As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
- Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required.
- Expert proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended. Business Model Strategy with Advanced proficiency and Requirements Analysis with Expert proficiency are suggested.
- Develop innovative strategies for business process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and propose solutions.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate team members on process optimization.
- Work extensively in the TAX Accounting space
