Randstad Federal is seeking a Technical Writer in support of a program at IRS

salary: $50 - 60 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Develops comprehensive documentation that meets contractual requirements by translating
- complex information into simple, polished, and engaging Content.
- Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with the team and customers to
- understand requirements.
- Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure
- manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
- 5 or more years of experience as an effective technical writer; preferred candidate has
- experience in writing procedures, processes, and execution guidelines in CX and HCD.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
- Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Active or cleared IRS MBI is required for this role.
