Randstad Federal is seeking a Training and OCM Lead in support of a contract at IRS

salary: $70 - 80 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- 10 plus years' experience in leading large scale training including delivery of training, coordination of training, instructional design, government standards for training, and course content design. Primary focus is coordinating and delivery of prebuilt training but understanding course development is necessary to adapt as training is rolled out.
- Experience and ability to travel across the US at over 22 sites to deliver training on workforce management tooling to site managers.
- Experience in coordinating and leading teams of trainers executing training across multiple sites simultaneously is necessary.
- Understanding of data driven Organizational Change Management (OCM) based on adoption metrics to adapt and adjust training is required.
