Description:
- Business Development Specialist
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our business forward by defining value propositions, determining key performance indicators (KPIs), building compelling business cases, and creating strategies for successful implementation. The ideal candidate will also have good proficiency in Power BI for creating and managing dashboards to track KPIs effectively.
- 3+ years of proven track record in building business cases and implementing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business development or similar role
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualization
- Experience in defining and tracking KPIs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- xpert-level skills in Power BI for dashboard creation and data analysis
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques

- Define and articulate business value propositions for business cases
- Identify and establish relevant KPIs to measure business performance and success
- Develop comprehensive business cases to support strategic initiatives
- Create and implement strategies to achieve business objectives
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for KPI tracking and reporting
- Analyze data and provide insights to drive decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management
