Required Skills:
- Foreseeing the issues that may arise during release
- Having back up or back out plans ready to mitigate the release impediments
- Your proven collaboration skills with the ability to collaborate with Ops, DB and Agile teams
- Understanding of all phases of software development including design, implementation, and deployment
- Ability to co-ordinate and track different release related activities to ensure smooth installs
- Continuous improvement mindset where mistakes and failure are viewed as opportunities to learn and improve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
- Highly collaborative team player that works well within a cross functional team
- Problem identification and solving skills

responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience in SCRUM or other agile development processes
- Previous release management experience
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams and groups
- Experience with build and deploy tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Udeploy and cloud technology is preferred.
