Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager with a background in power conversion products and systems to lead the successful execution of projects across diverse applications. The role involves managing standard and custom solutions, including AC and DC Low Voltage Drives, Battery Energy Storage Inverters, EV Charging, Medium Voltage Drives, PLCs, and HMIs, catering to both industrial and renewable energy sectors. You will oversee 4-5 concurrent projects at varying stages, collaborating closely with customers, contractors, engineering teams, field service, procurement, and contracts departments to ensure flawless project delivery across North America.
As an independent, customer-facing leader, you will represent our organization for strategic accounts. This position requires a proactive, self-driven professional with a technical acumen and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of electrical and control projects that exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain continuous communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Interpret, summarize, and relay critical contractual requirements, milestones, and project priorities to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with procurement to align material delivery timelines with manufacturing and assembly schedules.
- Coordinate internal and third-party resources and suppliers during project execution.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status and financial performance.
- Lead project initiation, scope definition, resource planning, schedule creation, cost estimation, budgeting, risk management, reporting, and project closure.
- Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes efficiently.
- Support the estimation and preparation of RFQs for sub-contracted services and vendor equipment.

- 3+ years of direct industrial project management experience.
- Proven success in managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar, customer-facing projects.
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate with non-direct reports.
- Experience with electrical, controls, and high-power applications preferred.
- Familiarity with NEC, OSHA, and NFPA codes.
- Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project, MS Excel, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Percent of Complete (PoC) accounting is a plus.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent preferred.
- PMP certification is desirable.
- PE Certification is a plus.
- This position will be based at our state-of-the-art, OSHA-compliant, ISO-certified facility in Cleveland, Ohio.
- The role may require up to 15% travel for site surveys, installation meetings, and on-site supervision as needed.
- Must be able to navigate industrial and commercial sites, including heights, long distances, and stairs.
