Randstad is seeking an Enterprise Microsoft Stack Consultant who will be responsible for supporting technology assessments, driving planning, design, and implementation/execution of enterprise scale migrations, covering SCCM, MS Teams, desktop OS, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud infrastructure in a fast-paced consultative environment. This is a customer-facing and technology focused role. You are the subject matter expert, and you thrive supporting hands-on implementation and sharing your well researched opinion with customers and partners.

Job Duties -
As an Enterprise Microsoft Stack Consultant you will:
? Assess, design and implement migrations utilizing automation to support client needs
? Provide analysis of on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments (network, compute, applications and security) to assess migration readiness gaps
? Develop technical standards upon which implementation designs are based, often in consultation with Technology Architects - Knows how to write standards
? Address problems and research questions within the assigned technology domains and implementations
? Review and manage technical requirements and business functional requirements

? Must have SCCM and Intune experience
? Deep knowledge and understanding of Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
? Proven experience with windows Windows 10/11 desktop/server upgrades/migrations using SCCM task sequences and Intune AutoPilot
? Must have experience with creating CUSTOM SCCM tasks sequences for OS wipe and load ZERO touch OS deployments/Upgrades
? Proven experience with Teams configuration and VOIP intergrations
? Proven experience with Microsoft 365
? Proven experience withTeams configuration, setup and VOIP experience required
? Must have proven ability to write design (and related) documents.

? Active directory Group Policy design and troubleshooting skills. AD Migration using industry standard tools (Quest/ADMT)
? Mid level PowerShell scripting experience/skills required
? Experience with Azure Active Directory and SAML-based single sign-on (SSO) integrations
? Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory to include implementation of GPOs to support the implementation of STIG settings on file and print services, DNS, Domain Controllers and application servers
? Managing Windows systems, including Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2020, Window Server 2022, to include 2020 STIG deployment
? Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory to include implementation of GPOs to support the implementation of STIG settings on file and print services, DNS, Domain Controllers and application servers
? Building, configuring, and managing Microsoft Windows servers in multi-tenant enterprise environments
? Experience with Enterprise Backup software a plus
? Experience managing Active Directory architecture and replication in a multi-domain environment
? Experience with MS Purview DLP and Sensitivity labels a plus
? Experience with large scale datacenter design and operations
? Experience working with virtual infrastructure (i.e. VMWare/Windows 365) required
? High-level communication skills to influence and persuade others.

? Ability to demonstrate supportive relationships with peers, clients, partners, and corporate executives
? Experience migrating large infrastructures from physical to virtual environments
