- Experience with iManage software (or may consider a similar document management system software)
- strong analytical skills
- In depth operating system experience including Windows servers
- Hands- on experience of PowerShell scripting
- strong ability to troubleshoot day to day operations issues
- Experience with RAVN (for indexing) - Ravn replaces the old version, IDOL Indexer
