We are looking for a skilled Ansible Automation Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain automation scripts for IT operations. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Ansible, experienced in Windows environments, and possess excellen Python programming skills. This role will focus on automating routine IT tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Ansible playbooks for tasks such as directory cleanup, configuration data collection, health checks, server reboots, and service restarts.
- Use Python to enhance automation scripts and integrate with other tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and automate manual processes.
- Ensure all scripts and automation workflows are thoroughly documented.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automation scripts and related systems.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in automation and IT process improvement.
- Proficiency in Ansible, including playbook creation, module use, and inventory management.
- strong experience with Windows Server administration and PowerShell scripting.
- Skilled in Python programming for scripting and tool integration.
- Familiarity with YAML, JSON, and configuration file formats.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and IT operations best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications, such as Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation or Microsoft Certified: Administrator, are a plus.
- Experience with monitoring tools and system health checks.
- Knowledge of cloud environments, such as AWS or Azure.
