Experience Requested
- 3-5 years (or more) of working with a large organization on a complex project, Change Management effort, or related workstream
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple colleagues in remote locations on highly complex, multi-faceted projects
- Maintained ongoing engagement with a diverse set of business partners across multiple organizations
- Constructed, maintained, and executed against sequenced deliverables over a multi-quarter period
- Experience working in Finance, Healthcare, or other regulated industries is preferred but not required
- Change Management or Project Management experience is a plus, but not required Skills
- Can operate autonomously after being provided with clear instructions and tasks
- Detail oriented and able to take effective notes when learning new systems/topics
- Effective communicator, both verbally and written
- Willing and able to transition between strategic project planning tasks and tactical operational tasks
- Ability to assist with SharePoint site updates is a plus, but not required

responsibilities:
- Becoming a functional expert of Idea & Opportunity Management platform
- Assist with moving Ideas into Opportunities and updating metadata
- Assist with updating and maintaining a growing backlog of Opportunities
- Partner with Product Owner to organize and conduct weekly meetings with key stakeholders across organizations
- Assist with updating communications and training content for platform users
- Provide thought partnership on areas of improvement within the project, enabling greater efficiencies, improving adoption, and other relevant blocks
- Assist with creating, reviewing, and delivering on strategic roadmap items related to continued roll-out and scaling efforts
- Coordinate meetings between Product, Technology, and Vendor relationship managers as needed
