We are looking for a Systems Support Administrator for a contract to hire opportunity in San Antonio. This role is hybrid and will require two days a week onsite.
Qualifications include but not limited to the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Server 2012, 2016, 2019, etc.).
- A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in IT support or related roles.
- strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to provide on-call support 24/7, including weekends, as needed.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including potential weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first line of IT support for core organizational applications and systems, resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
- Serve as a liaison between the Help Desk team and other technical departments, facilitating a seamless incident escalation process.
- Perform regular maintenance and installation of IT systems, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, system, and application malfunctions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist with server hardware/software maintenance and administration to support the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Monitor and resolve incoming IT trouble tickets, escalating issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Complete other job-related duties as needed to support the organization's mission, vision, and values.
