MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Create and track equipment orders/purchase orders in procurement and project management tool (FUZE,1ERP).
- Manage lifecycle of equipment orders/purchase orders for assigned projects - from creation to release.
- Populate and track milestones in project management tool - FUZE.
- Engineer, order, track, and release equipment orders for assigned projects - forecast equipment needs.
- Manage equipment orders and aged inventory list based on project requirements.
- Manage and input data in all Equipment databases.
- Create, review, and file detailed implementation documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help develop standards.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Experience creating and managing full life cycle of equipment orders/purchase orders for wireless network implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Wireless/Cellular/Telecom equipment technologies.
- General understanding of 4G LTE and 5G technology, Samsung experience preferred.
- Demonstrated good knowledge and experience with G-Suite, MS Excel and the full suite of Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing many technical projects simultaneously and delivering results on time.
- Demonstrated good skill set in critical thinking, problem-solving, and influencing/motivating of non-direct reports.
- Good ability to coordinate and work well within a team environment to meet common goals.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical and communication skills.
- good Project Management and Communication skills with the ability to work independently to produce results.
- Proficiency in Data management. Advanced Excel/Tableau skills and automation experience.
- Process improvement driven.
- Detail oriented.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor/Associate degree in a technical field or minimum of 3 yrs equivalent wireless experience (Electrical, Industrial, Computer Science, etc)

- Responsible for Engineering and Design support of all equipment for multiple project types.
- Supporting the equipment engineering team with equipment order logistics.
- Creating Material Requests.
- Forecast future needs based on project start dates.
- Ensure proper tracking of all components.
- Monitor all equipment expenditures.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure vendor payment.
- Equipment Procurement & Optimization.
- Oversee equipment receipt and acceptance.
- Good Project Management and Communication skills with the ability to work closely with Team members.
