The CTO will be a strategic and tactical leader overseeing an IT team of 16. This person will directly manage 3 reports - Dir Ops/systems, Director of Security, Director of Analytics and a $10M IT budget.
Prior industry experience in Accounting/CPA and/or Legal Practices is desired.
Top 3 initiatives prioritized in 2025:
1.PMS - Practice Management Software will be expiring in 2026, will need to replace immediately
2. Integration of SalesForce framework, reboot.
3. Risk/Compliance for mergers & acquistions.
