responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with team members, clients, partners, and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Oversee client engagements, providing technical insights, strategic solutions, and actionable recommendations tailored to executive-level needs.
- Lead project planning and execution, supervising teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to professional and ethical standards.
- Drive business growth through identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and contributing to marketing efforts such as webinars, articles, and events.
- Mentor and support team development, including performance evaluations, training initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
