Epic - PB Analyst

Are you a passionate Professional Billing Analyst ready to make a real impact in a dynamic healthcare setting? Our client in San Antonio is looking for an experienced and driven Epic PB Analyst to join their team and help shape the future of healthcare at a large, multi-facility organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to Epic Professional Billing implementations, working hands-on with Epic PB Build to configure, test, and optimize billing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure billing requirements align with clinical and operational needs.
- Demonstrate expertise in Epic Professional Billing and Charge Router, ensuring seamless integration and billing accuracy across the organization.
- Offer guidance and support to stakeholders, ensuring the Epic PB system is working efficiently and enhancing overall billing processes.
- 1-2 previous implementations of Epic Professional Billing in a large, multi-facility healthcare organization.
- Hands-on experience in Epic Professional Billing (PB) Build and a strong understanding of billing workflows.
- Epic Professional Billing Certification is preferred.
- Experience with Epic Charge Router is a big plus.
- Proven billing experience and familiarity with the requirements of healthcare stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
