This role is centered on designing, configuring, and implementing SAP HCM solutions with a strong focus on Time and Leave Management, while also supporting related payroll functionalities.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and IT teams, provide expert-level support, and lead SAP HCM-related projects, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations. responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP Time and Leave Management solutions, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to integrate SAP solutions seamlessly with other business systems.
- Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SAP HCM modules, particularly in Time and Leave Management.
- Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Train and support end-users to optimize the utilization of SAP Time and Leave Management functionalities.
- Stay updated on SAP enhancements and best practices, with a focus on time and leave-related updates.
- Lead and participate in SAP HCM-related projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Leverage expertise in labor relations and unionized workplace dynamics to address organizational needs effectively.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst, with specialized expertise in Time and Leave Management.
- Proven experience working in unionized environments and with labor relations (preferred).
- strong understanding of SAP configurations related to timekeeping, leave policies, and compliance.
- Background in human resources is preferred.
- Business analytics experience is required.
