We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to define, document, and refine business requirements while supporting project execution and IT solution delivery. In this role, you will collaborate with project and release management, lead requirement analysis for projects, and ensure alignment with corporate standards. You will also contribute to the design, build, and test phases of development, identify technology solutions, and provide senior-level consulting to improve processes. Leadership and mentoring of junior analysts are key aspects of this position.

Business Requirements
- Advises on defining, documenting, and refining business requirements.
- Ensures requirements are verifiable, testable, and aligned with corporate standards.
- Supports execution of development pipeline and product delivery to QA and production.
- Coordinates development activities with project/release management.
- Participates in design, build, and test phases for medium-to-large projects.
- Identifies technology solutions with guidance from Business Solutions Consultant.
- Leads BAs on small-to-medium projects.
- Coaches and mentors less experienced analysts.
- Develops evaluation criteria and delivers functional requirements for complex issues.
- Provides consulting on process improvements to enhance business and IT results.
- Requirement analysis and documentation.
- IT solution evaluation and comparative analysis.
- Leadership and cross-team collaboration.
