We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to define and manage business requirements, support IT project execution, and deliver effective solutions aligned with corporate standards. This role involves translating business needs into functional requirements, contributing to the design, build, and testing phases of development, and identifying technology solutions to address business challenges.

Business Analysis and Requirements Management
- Define, document, and refine detailed business requirements.
- Ensure business needs are translated into functional requirements without presuming technical solutions.
- Verify and validate that requirements are testable and meet corporate standards.
- Support the execution of the development pipeline and software delivery to QA and production.
- Collaborate with project and release managers to sequence and coordinate development activities.
- Provide detailed project information, including scope, estimates, and evaluation criteria.
- Participate in the design, build, and testing phases for medium-to-large projects.
- Identify applicable technology solutions in collaboration with Business Solutions Consultants.
- Provide senior-level consulting to internal teams on improving IT and business processes.
- Evaluate and recommend IT solutions using comparative analysis techniques.
- Lead requirement analysis for small-to-medium projects.
- Coach and mentor less experienced analysts to build team capabilities.
- Formulate system scope and objectives based on user needs and business systems.
- Align technology solutions with both current and future business environments.
- Develop evaluation criteria for selecting applications, products, and tools to meet business needs.
