responsibilities:
- Manage and support storage systems like Nasuni NAS, Isilon NAS, and NetApp NAS.
- Handle incidents, requests, and changes for Rubrik data protection systems.
- Administer Windows and Linux operating systems and maintain Dell PowerEdge servers.
- Support and manage platforms like VMware vCenter, VMware ESXi Hypervisor, Nutanix Acropolis, Citrix NetScaler, XenApp, and IIS.
- Contribute to designing, building, and testing data center technology components.
