qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field ( required ); Professional Engineering (PE) certifications is a plus.
- 7+ years of industry experience in electrical engineering, including leadership of projects and teams.
- Proven expertise in designing electrical systems, embedded controls, or power distribution solutions.
- Proficiency in engineering and design software for developing calculations, models, and innovative solutions.
