responsibilities:
- Monitor IT systems to ensure compliance with standards such as SOX, CMMC, and TISAX.
- Collaborate with legal, security, and IT teams to develop and maintain compliance policies.
- Conduct training to empower employees with knowledge of compliance requirements.
- Analyze compliance gaps, recommend improvements, and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for management and audit teams.
qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
- Experience in IT compliance or audit roles with familiarity in regulatory standards (SOX, CMMC, TISAX).
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of IT systems and cybersecurity practices.
- Preferred certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CPA, or CIA are a plus.
