responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement enterprise-scale solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Mentor and coordinate with local and offshore development teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions to enhance customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including senior executives, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Drive innovation through Azure Cloud services, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Power Platform tools.
qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 at an enterprise scale.
- Expertise in C#, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Azure Cloud services.
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset to mentor teams and manage offshore development efforts.
- Exceptional ability to present complex solutions to senior executives.
- Experience with Agile methodology and end-to-end software development lifecycle processes.
skills:
- Knowledge of Customer Voice platform and code review processes.
- Experience with ADO pipelines and mentoring team members.
