Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Components LWC Aura Visualforce and SOQL SOSL

- Configure standard Salesforce features like Objects Workflows Validation Rules and Approval Processes to meet business needs

- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using APIs RESTSOAP and middleware tools

- Perform unit testing troubleshoot issues and ensure code optimization for better performance

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions

- Manage data migration tasks including data cleaning deduplication and loading with tools like Data Loader or Workbench

- Create and maintain technical documentation for custom solutions and configurations

- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and implement new features or updates as required

- Collaborate with cross functional teams eg Business Analysts Admins Project Managers in an Agile Scrum environment

- Support and maintain existing Salesforce solutions ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime
