- The Operations Transformation Program team resides in the Operational Services Group at Charles Schwab and is responsible for leading critical initiatives that support Operations and the firm. Initiatives include providing tailored client servicing based on client segment, reducing the intake of paper across the firm and also reducing the firm's cost associated with not-in-good-order (NIGO) client requests. The team is responsible for partnering with other business organizations to define and implement end to end solutions that deliver the desired client experience while driving scale and efficiency.
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead key initiatives in scaling operations, driving efficiency, and transforming client request processes.
- This role will play a critical part in enhancing the client experience and reducing the firms' cost of managing NIGO while minimizing the intake of paper-based client requests. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivery high-impact projects, process improvement, and stakeholder management across a matrixed organization.
- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end management of multiple strategic projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop clear and compelling communication materials, including PowerPoint presentations, tailored to various meeting forums such as executive updates and cross-functional working groups. Effectively convey project objectives, progress, and outcomes to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment and understanding across stakeholders.
- Change Management: Ensure the successful execution of change management plans to support the adoption of new processes across the organization.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
