Position Summary
The ERP Programmer/Analyst is responsible for a wide range of analytical and programming tasks aimed at the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of the company's enterprise software. This includes the configuration, security, development, support, and training for Infor Syteline ERP and other related software platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a positive role model in alignment with the company's corporate culture.
- Collaborate with all departments to optimize the use of ERP systems and develop specifications for system modifications and enhancements.
- Design and develop custom scripts, forms, reports, dashboards, workflows, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ERP system and integration components promptly.
- Document, maintain, and update customizations, configurations, and training materials for the ERP system.
- Provide ERP system support and training to internal user groups, ensuring efficient and effective use.
- Offer backup support to the IT Help Desk as needed.
- Stay current with advancements in CloudSuite and Microsoft SQL Server technologies through ongoing education.
- Travel to manufacturing locations and for training, as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- This position does not have direct reports.
- Recommendations for changes in salary, job assignments, or operating policies must be approved by the Vice President of IT or the Executive Committee.
- Capital expenditure recommendations must also be approved by the Vice President of IT and/or the Executive Committee.
Education
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of business experience as a developer using Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SQL development, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or newer, including experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
- Preferred: 2+ years of business experience working with Infor Syteline ERP (version 9 or newer).

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
To perform at a proficient level and to be fully qualified, a person would be expected to have:
Education:
(minimum required)
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or similar area of technical study or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
(minimum required)
3yr business experience as a developer in Microsoft .NET technologies (C#,VB.NET,ASP.NET)
3yr business experience in SQL development using Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or newer. Experience developing SSRS reports.
Preferred: 2yr+ business experience with Infor Syteline ERP v9 or newer

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and address a wide variety of technical issues.
- Ability to work independently, learn new tasks quickly, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2019+, including SSRS, Transact-SQL, and Stored Procedures.
- Familiarity with Infor Syteline ERP system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
