The Technical Support Analyst will provide L1/L2 technical assistance with office equipment, office moves, minor maintenance, and set up/installation of IT equipment for staff. 70% of the role will be providing deskside technical support like troublshooting PC hardware and software and 20% of the role will be providing business operations support like set up of conference rooms and working with internal IT team. This role will also focus on refreshing laptops.
