This position within the North America Foods Enterprise oversees the quality, consistency, and integrity of critical master data. The role requires a skilled Analyst to lead, manage, and execute business data requirements, collaborating closely with all business functions and the Corporate Global organization.

responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include enforcing data governance policies, defining data standards, monitoring data quality, and ensuring accurate and reliable master data across all systems. The Analyst will act as the primary guardian of the "single source of truth" for master data, serve as the liaison between the Business Unit and Global DT&D/Service Delivery for Master Data processes (e.g., CRUD, Global & Enterprise Data Standards), and analyze Business Unit data, configurations, and metrics to identify data and process improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
Data Cataloging:
- Refine and document regional data definitions and standards, using global standards as the foundation.
- Data Operations Excellence:
- Understand upstream and downstream impacts on ERP systems, ancillary systems, CRUD processes, and overall solutions.
- Review, validate, and approve incoming account/customer requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Collaborate with the business to correct any identified issues.
- Data Governance & Quality:
- Conduct data quality analyses and manage the prioritization and resolution of data quality issues.
- Identify duplicate records in Salesforce and SAP by preparing and analyzing reports.
- Link data between Salesforce and SAP to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the business to obtain approvals for suggested customer duplicate data improvements.
- Define and develop data quality rules to measure and enhance data quality.
- Regularly monitor data quality, proactively identify issues, and implement resolution processes.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts, monitor ongoing results, define process areas for review, and conduct benchmarking activities to ensure best practices for data management.
qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Business experience
- SAP and/or Salesforce experience (as a user or implementation project team member)
- Master Data knowledge (Customer, Material, Vendor)
- Data Governance and Management: handling CRUD request along with knowledge and enforcement of standards
- Agile methodology & continuous improvement experience in defining, leading, and monitoring activities to
- enable best practices

- Knowledge of quality improvement or process improvement tools and techniques or willingness and aptitude to learn them (ie: Lean, 6 Sigma)
