responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for Salesforce configurations and SaaS solutions.
- Design, build, test, and deploy changes using Salesforce's Copado DevOps platform.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into actionable system solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and resolve technical challenges.
qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical support experience in Salesforce and SaaS architecture, ideally in biotech/pharma/CRO industries.
- Expertise in SQL, data integration, and business workflow configurations.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
