responsibilities:
- Provides technical expertise and assists in crisis management for major system outages or issues with major impact to the business and consults with application development groups on application problems, new releases, new applications, systems and infrastructure.
qualifications:
- Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS).
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog or Splunk.
- Experience with batch scheduling software (e.g. Autosys/Control-M) and ETL processing.
skills:
- Experience with Oracle and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Informatica or similar ETL tool - debugging and addressing failures.
- Experience with automated deployment tools & techniques (Concourse, Jenkins, Udeploy)
- Familiarity with event driven architecture (e.g. Apache Kafka)
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java is a plus.
